I found your blog from a google alert I have set up for the keyword "collaboration". After reading more of your blog, I'm impressed. The company I work for Syndicom is trying to enhance the way surgeons learn their craft through eMentoring programs and, especially, collaboration... My Mom is also part of the Payne Education center: www.payneeducationcenter.org/. You might say we both believe in flattening education...
