Embedding Global Collaborative Projects - presentation

This past week I had two opportunities to speak to audiences on the topic of Embedding Global Collaborative Projects into the Curriculum.

The first session was part of the Global Education Conference 2011, where I presented online via Blackboard Collaborate virtual classrooms.

The second opportunity was at the Beijing Learning Summit 2011, where I had a room of interested educators from Beijing and surrounds.

Don't forget our "Flattening Classrooms, Engaging Minds: Move to Global Collaboration one Step at a Time" book will be released in January 2011

Some questions for discussion:
  • What are the characteristics of effective global projects?
  • How can we support the integration of global collaborative projects across the curriculum?
